Tlixarenspyx stands behind the quality of our custom window treatments. Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, returns are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
All blinds, curtains, and shutters are custom-made to your exact measurements and specifications. As such, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if we made an error in your order, please contact us within 30 days of installation. We will arrange for inspection and either repair, replace, or provide a refund at our discretion.
If we made an error in measuring your windows, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you. If you provided incorrect measurements, you may be responsible for replacement costs.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may result in a partial refund depending on the stage of production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Refunds are only available for defective products or errors on our part.
Products are covered by our warranty as specified at the time of purchase. Warranty claims should be made directly to us. We will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
If a return is approved due to our error or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other situations, return shipping costs may apply.
